GOOGLE LAUNCHES NEW ADWORDS BUDGET FEATURE

Dubbed Shared Budgets, Google's latest AdWords feature allows advertisers to allocate a single daily budget that can be used by multiple campaigns in their accounts. According to Google, the new feature makes it possible for companies to match their AdWords budgets to their marketing budgets. The new feature also allows automatic changes across multiple campaigns, so advertisers don't have to regularly oversee and tweak individual campaign budgets throughout the day.

To create a shared budget, users will need to access the AdWords interface and select Shared library, then Budgets. Once there, follow the instructions on creating a new shared budget.

Through the Shared Library, the Shared Budget feature also provides access to reporting features. For example, through the Shared Library users can review aggregate performance metrics for multiple campaigns.
